Hollywood heart-throb Richard Gere launched a scathing attack on American President George W Bush's attitude to sex education in Bangkok...Is it just me, or is this an inherently funny and flawed sentence?

Gere took the opportunity to attack Bush's unrealistic approach to sex education after the president proposed in the 2005 budget that $270m (?216.8m) should be put into funding programs which dissuade teenagers from having sex. Translation: Schoolchildren should be taught that you can't catch AIDS from a gerbil.

Richard Gere. Wasn't he the one who had to be taken to the emergency room to have a gerbel removed from his a**?
You know why people don't race gerbals? They're too hard to get out of gere.

Gere added the billions of dollars spent on the Iraq campaign, "probably could have eradicated this illness".Does this Hollywood idiot actually believe that the AIDS industry - activist groups, education groups, research groups, etc. - whose bread and butter is all the AIDS gazillions of dollars actually wants AIDS to be eradicated? Is he truly as dim as he sounds?

Hollywood heart-throb Richard Gere launched a scathing attack on American President George W Bush's attitude to sex education in Bangkok on Tuesday.Just the place for sex education. There is no perversion that you cannot find in Bangkok. Perhaps that's why richie-boy's there. There was a rumor going around of ten-pound hampsters for sale.

I don't think stuffing gerbils up your large intestine is a form of "sexual education" that needs teaching.... but it my be correct for a brothel or bar in Bangkok.

If Bush convinces all these teenage girls not to have sex, then where will Gere find any teenagers to have sex with him?
Well he is in Bangcock, where Child prostitution is rampant. Coincidence?

"The most important issue is this one, to this planet, to this time and place is AIDS..."
Not to me it isn't. I'm not in a 'risk group.'
If on the miniscule chance a cure is found and the behavior that allowed it to become an epidemic resumes, a new pathogen will arise. Reason: not religion -- microbiology.

Why is Richard Gere speaking at an AIDS conference?
What does he know about AIDS?
Oh yeah, it's just another Bash America conference disguised as something else. And we're probably footing the bill for it too.

There already is a cure. Gay men only need to stop sticking their p*nises in other men's a**es!

"the most important thing on the planet is aids"typical rat theology never ever wanting to take responsibility for their own behavior. Bush should never have given all that dough for aids, as long as people practice unsafe sex and use needles and the rest aids will always flourish.
