No idea whether there is any credence to this story whatsoever. Like many here I am extremely dubious too. On the other hand, if an Iraqi newspaper is reporting this and no-one in the media is picking it up think it should be posted on free republic for us to chew over.
Sure, I have no problem chewing it over, as you say. And thank you for posting and translating it. It is interesting. I just don't want people to get their hopes up, because every time we think we've found "IT," we haven't.

I think you should send the link and your translation to the Drudge Report and other media outlets...and save the page. You never know if it could 'disappear' - maybe down Sandy's pants or socks! Sorry, had to add that pants/socks thing to my post.....
