MSNBC just showed a clip of Bob Kerrey confronting "hecklers" on his way into the building where the press conference about the 9-11 book is to be held.
I'd bet my house it was kristinn and Doctor Raoul.
It was UGLY.....but they did great!!!

The video showed Kerrey coming back out of the government building and getting RIGHT in their faces; they had some signs, which I could not make out, except kristinn's said "Jail" and something I could not read!
Kerrey was in Raoul's face, asking him what his name was; I think Raoul said "I'm a public citizen," or something close to that.
I was trying to "place" Raoul in my mind when I saw kristinn and I KNEW it had to be them. (You know krisitnn always has on a tie......LOL...so he's easy to spot!)

The reporter said that Kerrey had gone into the building and heard the "hecklers" and went back outside to "confront" them....
Kerrey was within two feet of Raoul, doing that chest thing!

Most professional of Mr. Kerrey. Having lived a life in politics, he should be used to hecklers and not be so thin-skinned. That means that whatever kristinn and Doctor Raoul were saying, it definitely struck a nerve.
The Democrats are close to the boiling point, this has NOT been a good week for them :-)
I assume we will see the same coverage devoted to this loss of temper by a public elected official that we saw devoted to Cheney's famous utterance? What? No?

The part I saw, our guys did not raise their voices, but Kerrey was obviously furious!

Not only surprised...I triple checked that I was on MSNBC!
Kerrey did not like being asked why he left the meeting with President Bush and VP Cheney early and let them have an earful. And said "I'm not a Senator anymore".
I've only seen it once and need to see it again to drink it all in.
I wonder if Doctor Raoul asked him about killing non-combatants in Nam?
I believe the sign said something about sending Berger to jail.
Something Kerrey said was bleeped out, my guess is _ _ _ hole.
At one point one of the protesters (sorry, don't know who it was) said he hoped Kerrey stuck around for the whole thing.
