MIDDLE-EASTERN INVADERS CAUGHT CROSSING FROM MEXICO IN COCHISE COUNTY IN PAST SIX WEEKS

Information officer Andy Adame, from the Border Patrol Tucson sector says, “I guarantee it’s not true.”

However, seasoned Border Patrol field agents have shared some disturbing information with the Tumbleweed as well as other civilian sources with the hope the information will make it to the general public. The Tumbleweed has verified information that a flood of middle-eastern males have been caught entering the country illegally east of Douglas, Arizona. The increased patrols in the Huachuca Mountains area of Cochise County, seems to have diverted the flow of OTM’s, “other than Mexicans” east to the Chiricahua Mountains.

Adame, who says many of the agents in the area are “green”, questions why they would have shared the information with the Tumbleweed or any other source. “Our policy is to turn any OTM’s over to the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security,” Adame said in a phone call made to the Tumbleweed Wednesday morning.

For reasons of National security, Adame said his agency cannot talk about the origin of nationaity, however Adame says that since October 1, 2003, the beginning of the fiscal year for Border Patrol, agents in the Tucson sector have apprehended 5,510 illegals from countries other than Mexico or other central or South American countries. Adame described them as “people from all over the world”.

In the last month, the Tumbleweed has confirmed at least two documented accounts of Border Patrol agents encountering large groups of non-Spanish speaking males in the Chiricahua foothills and on trails along the high mountain areas.

On or about the early morning hours of June 13, 2004 Border patrol agents from the Willcox station encountered a large group of suspected illegal border crossers, estimated to be around 158, just east of the Sanders Ranch near the foothills of the Chiricauha Mountains. 71 suspected illegal aliens were apprehended; among them were 53 males of middle-eastern descent. According to a Border Patrol field agent, the men were suspected to be Iranian or possibly Syrian nationals. “One thing’s for sure: these guys didn’t speak Spanish and after we questioned them harder we discovered they spoke poor English with a middle-eastern accent; then we caught them speaking to each other in Arabic…this is ridiculous that we don't take this more seriously, and we’re told not to say a thing to the media, but I have to,” said the agent, who spoke to the Tumbleweed with the promise of anonymity.

Adame confirms the groups of illegals were apprehended on those dates in the same area but stated, “There were no middle easterners in the group. Every single one of them was Mexican.”

The field agent stated the men were wearing the traditional uniform of migrants - baseball caps, tennis shoes, some had work boots, denim jeans and many had t-shirts with patriotic American flags and slogans. The agent added the following description “A curious thing I noticed was that they all had brand new clothing and they looked as if they had just been to the barber shop--you know--new haircuts. They were clean cut and they all had almost the exact same cut of mustaches.”

The information was corroborated by a local rancher in the area who reports that sightings of groups similar to these are on the rise. The rancher reports that groups of heavily armed paramilitary drug smugglers have also been seen in the same area.

“We’ve had groups in the hundreds coming through again. They were gone for awhile but now they're back. And of course we have the drug mules again and many are carrying automatic weapons. Many other ranchers in the area have been frustrated with the lack of response from Border Patrol. After calling over and over again to the Willcox headquarters, we might get a response a few hours later. We call them in to the Border Patrol, we only have the Willcox station, and they’re so darned far away. By the time they send in the helicopters these groups are long gone. I don’t know how many they catch but they’re coming through here heavy right now.”

On or about the evening of June 21, 2004, agents from the Willcox Border Patrol station apprehended 24 members of a larger group of Arabic speaking males located just east of the Pierce/Sunsites area of Cochise County. At least half of the males escaped capture and disappeared into the United States.

"We are at war for God's sake, "

America is at war against Muslim terrorists, not immigrant laborers. Immigrant laborers have always been welcome to America except by labor unions and xenophobes. (xenophobes are people who dislike foreigners)

And then there are the Bush-hating demagogues such as Pat Buchan and his minions who try to exploit racism for political reasons.

Who are you at war against:
1. Muslim terrorist
2. Immigrant laborers, or
3. President Bush?

GWB didn't seal the border because he needed the mexican vote to get elected. He barely made it into office last time. If ,while governor of Texas, he had closed the border like he should have, we would have a democratic president right now. It was a matter of trading one evil (illegals) against another evil (democrats). But, after this election, after our troops come home from Iraq, he should re-deploy them along the border, and simply consider it a continuation of thier mission. This idea that we "can't stop the illegals" is just so much B.S.

Your Koran posts got me thinking-The picture of the palace with all the virgins, thousands of servants, heaps of material and carnal excess is right out of the Heffner Playboy hedonism lifestyle!
Very strange for a"spiritual"religion.

There have been a quiet but steady number of whooping cough cases in northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. The doctors haven't been diagnosing it because they so rarely see it. We believe my wife may have had it, and three people at her church were diagnosed with it (friend of hers and her two children). I met the lab supervisor of a hospital near Kenosha, Wisconsin this weekend at a party who told me that they are sending out 5 whooping cough tests a day and getting back 10% positives (do the math, works out to about 10 a month). And I am NOT making this up.

I believe it is because of illegals. When's the last time you heard of ANYONE having whooping cough? It had to be brought here from somewhere else.

These gutless, G-d d@mn politicians that will sell our souls to buy a vote need to to start paying attention that hey, your career means nothing to the electorate. What matters is OUR health and safety. You're all going to find that out the hard way sooner or later. G-d, this frosts me.

"I believe it is because of illegals. "

What does this have to do with terrorists? It's just the same old xenophobic argument that foreigners bring strange disease's.

It was said about the Chinese, Irish, Poles, Asians, Africans etc...

We don't quarantine tourists, diplomats, laborers, immigrants or other visitors.

This is a typical load-out site for illegal aliens here in Cochise County, Arizona. The coyotes make them abandon anything they can't fit in a pocket. You will note there are no dumpsters -- and no porta-potties. I'll leave the rest to your imagination.

The government does nothing about cleaning up sites like these; it is all done by local citizens. I can't call them true volunteers as they have little choice -- either clean it up or leave a festering health hazard in their neighborhood. Our public health officials are getting worried and try to make people follow full hazmat protocols at these sites. Drug resistant tuberculosis and hepatitis are the main worry, but things like leprosy, plague, and Chagas disease are starting to show up as well.

Maybe the government has more important things to do than clean up litter in order for you to have a pristine park to vacation in.

If the border patrol didn't have to waste time and resources processing undocumented laborers they could redirect those resources to anti-terrorists efforts.

But you demand that the agents stop their investigations of Muslim infiltrators in order to come pick up trash that annoys you.

Multiply that photo by several hundred times per month. A conservative estimate is that we have a minimum of 750,000 illegal scumbags passing through here every year. According to official BLM estimates, each one casts off about ten pounds of solid trash - that's 7.5 million pounds scattered all over the landscape.

By the way, the photo is not a park -- it's a friend's back yard.

Now, everyone, what you saw was not an illegal alien or a terrorist; swamp gas trapped in a thermal pocket was reflecting the light from the planet Venus.

"Process guest workers."

In other words, give them amnesty? Because once we "process" them they are never going to leave! The guestworker program does not work - just ask the Germans. You've been brainwashed.

change our immigration system to orderly process guest workers into this country leagally.

We don't need "guestworkers." Processing guest workers means giving them amnesty and allowing them permanent status in this country. We don't need them!!!!!

Then I say we rid America of all government sponsored welfare. Then there'd be no jobs left Americans won't do for which Americans get paid for not doing them and for which Illegaliens steal their way in to do.
