It only goes to show that the Democrats are genetically incapable of showing any dignity or self control whatsoever.

They will need to take Dean in with a leash and a muzzle. The new Dem. motto "Bash him all you want .. just don't do it where Hannity can tape it".

Kerry was in Columbus, OH today and our local news showed snippets of him. He certainly has quieted down. He was telling the crowd that he didn't want to be critical of Bush but had some serious questions to ask. I was amazed, a totally different John Kerry. Then the news showed a massive sign reading, "Republicans for Kerry." A "Registered Republican" (the bottom tagline read) was hosting a neighborhood party and was interviewed, of course, espousing the wonders of Kerry and Edwards.

"We are not Michael Moore," McAuliffe has told his top staffers, according to a well-placed source. "Let's tell the voters what we stand for, not only what we stand against."Well, I guess the love affair from last month is over, Terry?
This statement is pretty telling about how much impact fartinghigh 911 (not my term, but great!)had on the middle. Thy must be afraid of what their internal polls are telling them..

Kerry operatives are editing convention speeches, sources say, with only Al Gore and Ted Kennedy believed to be off-limits. Al Gore and Ted Kennedy "off-limits"? Oh, well, then, there certainly shouldn't be any Bush-bashing!

Top Kerry strategist Bob Shrum is also warning not to turn the convention into a default Hate Bush rally. Now that's a real American platform to run on: "We won't Bash Bush this week. It keeps us strong against the terrorists, will grow jobs by 5,000%, and all Americans will be better off for everyone, including the UN memebers and every creature on the Planet Earth, for the next 12,000 years..."
