Either this guy is a raving lunatic, or Israel has done a very good job of keeping a secret for 41 years.

I vote "raving lunatic."

Please don't anyone forget, however, it WAS the lovely and talented Sirhan Sirhan who got RFK.

Vanunu, who would not be in a position to know the current security apparatus of Israel's nuclear plant, also claims the Middle East is at risk of a "second Chernobyl" in the event of an accident at the Dimona plant. He said an earthquake could cause fissures to the core that would create a massive radiation leak "threatening millions."

Ah, no. The Israelis would not be operating the junk that was the Chernobyl plant. The guy is a lunatic.

According to al-Hayat, Vanunu now lives "with his Palestinian friends" in east Jerusalem.

He should be allowed to die with them too. As an American taxpayer I hope it is an Apache missile which does the job.

Moses Moses

King of the Jews

Walked on his hands

To save his shoes.

Fight Fight Fight

For Palestine.

But there was a mighty football game

In Heavens own backyard

Jesus was the Quarterback

And Moses was the Guard

The Angels in the grandstand

Gave Out A Mighty Yell

When Jesus scored a touchdown

And beat those boys from Hell.

Stay with God Stay with God

Big G little o d

Stay with God

Why is he called "spy"? Properly speaking, he was a "leaker". He has not been working for intelligence agencies, has he?

And what is the point of keeping him there? What he did know, he has already leaked. What he has not leaked, would be 20 yrs out of date by now. After 18(?) yrs of solitary, he now pours out JFK conspiracies. So why even bother keeping him there, preventing press contacts etc.?

. . . Vanunu now lives "with his Palestinian friends" . . .

Oh, yeah, well then I guess he's above reproach and has a lot of credibility, doesn't he? </sarcasm>

which irresponsible Israeli prime minister will take office and decide to use nuclear weapons

It wouldn't be so simple. The PM wouldn't personally have his finger on the trigger, and those who may, know their responsibility.

Yep. You know why? Sirhan Sirhan was an Arab immigrant (a Palestinian or Jordanian I think) and he was angry at RFK for his support of Israel.

A quote from commedienne Paula Poundstone:

You know, Sirhan Sirhan's been in the news lately. He's been claiming that he's served enough of his sentance, and should be released. The parole board disagrees.

In a statement, Sirhan claimed that "if Robert Kenedy were alive today, he'd speak on my behalf!"

"Talk about the rotten luck! The one guy in the world that wou be a character witness for Sirhan Sirhan, and he assasinates him!

Lee Harvey Oswald killed Kennedy, the only question I have is did he have help? I'm convinced he did but that Israel might be involved somehow is new to me and unhighly unbelievable. It was most likely the Cubans.

In a statement, Sirhan claimed that "if Robert Kenedy were alive today, he'd speak on my behalf!"

And next we'll be hearing from Mark David Chapman that if John Lennon were alive today he'd be speaking on his behalf.

These guys are nutcases, they should have gotten the chair instead of taxpayers being forced to subsidize their pitiful existence.
