WRONG!!! What about the SU-30s, the destroyer and the ship to ship missiles! Among other support ... in fact, the current support started during the late 1980s, as the APPARENT Sino-Soviet split eased. Since you know how to Google, you can find out about this on your own.
Russia, while it does trade with Cuba and North Korea, no longer finances Cuba's communist regime, and never financed North Korea's...that was the Chinese.
Well, actually, Russia still supplies not only weapons systems but continued economic aid and moral support to Cuba. Same deal with Myanmar, Laos, Syria, Iran and even the DPRK. Putin has been in discussion with the DPRK regarding new military aid within the past year. You ought to know this stuff since you might be dealing with many aspects of it during your own career - up close and personal like.
It'd be nice to have the Russians on our side for a change, but the back-lookers can't let it go.

In any case, they make descisions like that based on what they percieve as their own strategic and economic needs, much as we do.
