It seems that few, if any, here appreciate what you are pointing to. That is, that if JFnK does what his sister says he will our courts will be subject to the UN interpretation of man's rights. Nothing our legislature does will be binding (such as overturning Roe v Wade) if it conflicts with CEDAW and UN family planning policy.
