I don't know what is wrong with Alan, but I agree. For the past month or so, he looks worse every time I see him.

Summary of Dean's speach -

Old woman saves $50 in quarters from her monthly govt checks and gives it to him. He takes it.

Says the Dems are finally going to live up to promises made by Truman in 48. They've never been able to, and let's hope they never do

They will never again be ashamed to be called Democrats. When were they 'ashamed' to be called that? I can only assume he's referring to the Clinton years.

And the farmer hauled another load away"

An employee of mine was listening to some of the speeches today as I always have FoxNews on the tube. He looked at me and said, "well, now the American people can get a good look at the whole pile of $h!t, until now, they've just been looking at individual turds".

Christie Vilsak just said Kerry volunteered for 2 tours of duty in VietNam.

[Is that true? If so, why did he accumulate only 4 months of service in VN?]

Nearly 20 years in the Senate, and all Kerry has to run his campaign on is 4 months of service in Viet Nam.

Two things they are definitely "not looking back at" are Kerry's activities after he came home from Vietnam (it's almost like 30 years just disappeared) and Kerry's Senate voting record.

Oh Gee I wonder why???

Hmmmmm

"John Kerry volunteered for two tours in Vietnam", while technically correct, the total months served was 4 MONTHS,

Have we ever seen drinking any beverages at a convention before??

I mentioned it earlier--seeing someone give HRC a glass, though I thought it was a soft drink.

Mrs. Vilsack done. I do believe our governor is next.

What I find absolutely funny is Kerry's been in office for what 26 years vs. Bush for 9 and we don't know who Kerry is?
