Everyone had to sacrifice except the wealthiest Americans, who wanted to do their part but were asked only to expend the energy necessary to open the envelopes containing our tax cuts. Good job for Bill: collect the tax refunds from "the wealthiest Americans, who wanted to do their part" and send em to the government, instead of taking them at the point of a gun.
