I don't understand the use of the word "our" weapons. What does he mean by that? I think we need to be protected AGAINST weapons of mass destruction. Do we have a huge problem with our missles and nuclear material disappearing? I thought that was Russia, that's where all the nuclear suitcase bombs came from. Is someone smuggling our nuclear missles out of their silos??
