The CON: Democrats assailed President Bush's handling of the Iraq war Tuesday night and painted a vivid portrait of John Kerry as a decorated war hero.
The result was a Democratic convention playbook easy to discern -- skip lightly over social issues such as abortion. And present the four-term Massachusetts senator as strong on national security issues, a veteran who won medals in one war and is now, a generation later, ready to lead the country in the current one.

The Truth: The Kerry Campaign and the DNC led by the likes of Terry McAuliffe can try running their con game on the American people and reinvent John Kerry as a “War Hero,” but we’ll never forget what did after he used an obscure regulation to punch out early. We’ll remember that John Kerry came home and started flocking to “anti-war” demonstrations with the likes of Hanoi Jane Fonda. He would assume a leadership role over Vietnam Veterans Against the War, which was a ragtag bunch described as radical communists that carried around the North Vietnamese Flag and placards supporting the Soviet Union, North Korea, and other Communist Regimes not to mention pictures of Mao. Hanoi Jane bankrolled the group of course.
We remember when John Kerry thought his medals were nothing but trash and threw them on the steps of the Capital in protest, but wait a second, those weren’t really his medals and he secretly held on to his and now tries to hold them up for everyone to see. The American people need not forget that Hanoi John Kerry appeared on NBC to call himself a war criminal (his words, not mine) and he testified before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee with a Soviet camera present and proceeded to slander every U.S. soldier in Vietnam likening them to “Genghis Khan and the Mongols” accusing them all of being war criminals invoking his bogus Winter Soldier Investigation, which was based on accounts of people that weren’t really veterans and once again Hanoi Jane bankrolled the ordeal and participated.
He also took his band of radicals and launched what he called a “limited incursion” into Washington D.C. refusing to budge and relying on the help of traitor and infamous anti-American Ramsey Clark to do his bidding in court. John Kerry basically demanded we accept all of the terms of North Vietnamese Government, he was responsible for American soldiers being berated as “baby killers,” he betrayed and covered the fact that POWs and other MIAs were still in Vietnam, and he is no hero by any account. Bill O'Reilly refuses to let any of this come out on his "fair and balanced program," but he'll allow democrats to call Bush "AWOL" and he allowed authorized biographer Brinkley to tout "Tour of Duty" and paint a glowing portrait of Kerry. Michael Moore, it seems after being busted, is openly attending the DNC ‘CON’vention with a reportedly rock star-like status among the delegates. You may remember that Michael Moore was caught lying about being a registered DemocRAT.

John Kerry, his campaign, and the DNC featured a more than willing girly boy, Ron Reagan Jr., who politicized his late father’s disease and proceeded to talk about stem cell research saying the democrats are for it and the republicans are against it. It is outrageous that this disgrace has largely gotten a pass and Ron Reagan Jr. gladly dishonored his father so he could help give Kerry a boost for the White House. The little queer ought to be stripped of the Reagan name! There is no ban on stem cell research. Stem cell research is little more than a junk science.
