ABC Puts Up Live Kerry Speech as Broadcast by Al-Jazeera(ABC:Al-Jazeera Broadcasting Company?)

ABC: “Al-Jazeera Broadcasting Company? Twice during John Kerry’s Thursday night Democratic convention speech, ABC News dropped their regular feed for a few seconds and put Kerry up in a split screen of side-by-side frames displaying Kerry as he was being broadcast by Al-Jazeera and Al-Arabiya.

The MRC’s Rich Noyes alerted me to the unique ABC News packaging of Kerry.

ABC first jumped to the double view from the two Arab channels as Kerry was speaking about how there’s a “right way and a wrong way to be strong” and the U.S. must “know the reach of our power.” It occurred again when Kerry referred to how the people of the U.S. “rely on foreign countries for 53 percent of what we consume.”

Their point would be that they could say they got Bush.

Last night I heard a critique of the Kerry speech on WABC radio and it was pointed out that he made no mention of getting the Palestinians back to the peace talks and demanding they adhere to the things they agreed to do. The guest said this was a direct message to the arabs and an abandoning of the jewish community.

That's what I thought. I guess it depends on your point of view toward the war on terrorism and war in general. Part of me says the FBI need to be investigating those in charge at ABC because it looks like they're helping the enemy. But another part of me says, well now we know where Kerry's loyalties are don't we...

Well, just helping Kerry reach his core audience (the terrorists who are rooting for him...).

ABC is the Albright Broadcasting Company, pure and simple!!!! Of course it wants us to watch Al-Jazeera, too.

Your other "choices":

NBC = New World Order Broadcasting Company

CBS = clinton Broadcasting System

CNN = clinton News Network

PBS = Propaganda Broadcasting System

NPR = National Propaganda Radio

BBC = Blair Broadcasting Company

All news "content" is the sole domain of Peter Jennings, its literally in his personal services contract, just as its in Brokaw's and Rather's. 24/7 365 all we see on the "big three" is what these three men select.

As for this story, its a well known tidbit that Peter Jennings has a "thing" for whats been termed oh so indelicately as "Palestinian Pastry's"....one of whom functions as a "Middle East Analyst" on Jennings program until the word got out in the gossip columns.

In short, if you know Jenning "passions" this falls right into place.

Alright, while normally I would think this is a bit of a stretch to allege bias from simply showing how other networks are carrying the speech overseas, I do find the timing of when they showed AJ to be suspicious.

It appeared during mentions of the Iraq war, and ABC may be trying to slant things as the war being bad, cutting to AJ.

But, I don't know. It isn't a really compelling example of bias for me anyway.

That sums it up nicely.

Paul Rassinier was persecuted and stood trial. He, the publisher, and the author of the book's preface were all fined a large amount, just like what happened half a century later to the Muslim philosopher Roger Garaudy when he published his book 'The Founding Myths of Zionism,' in which he refuted this same lie - the lie of the burning of the Jews in the gas chambers. And in a democratic country, France, he [Garaudy] was sentenced to nine months' imprisonment, fined, persecuted, and slandered. What kind of democracy is this, that does not tolerate the intellectual efforts of others on this world's historical issues?
Burned in gas chambers? Holocaust denial, like the "Protocols of the Elders of Zion", is part of the muck and mire that circulates in the Moslem world. Figures that the ruling party of Egypt would regurgitate it once again.

Sharon's remarks coincided nicely with France's success in bringing the entire European Union on board in voting for the UN General Assembly resolution condemning the security fence. That resolution was itself founded on the International Court of Justice's ruling that Israel has no right to build the fence to protect ourselves from Palestinian suicide bombers... In recent years, rarely a day has gone by without some French leader doing something to make common cause with those devoted to the annihilation of the Jewish state. From the French ambassador to Britain's statement calling Israel a "sh-tty little country," to former French Prime Minister Michel Rocard's declaration that the creation of Israel was "a mistake", to its persistent support of Arafat despite mountains of evidence implicating him as a current and active mastermind of terror, France has made it plain that it is an opponent, not an ally, in the Arab-Muslim war to destroy us... The problem with France is not simply that one in five French citizens voted for an avowed Holocaust-denier in the last election. Nor is it just that almost every week we hear another story about a synagogue torched, a rabbi beaten, a Jewish cemetery or Holocaust memorial defaced with swastikas or Jewish children terrorized on the subway or on their way to Hebrew school. Nor is it that France hates Israel. The French hating Israel is nothing that keeps anyone here awake at night.
George W. Bush will be reelected by a margin of at least ten per cent

Zogby is helping Kerry garner votes that went to President Bush the last time.

The media is helping with that agenda and there is no denying that fact.
