On Catherine Crier today, they ALL agreed this case is over.
I read the entire transcript that is posted on this thread...I don't see the DA backing off of the transfer theory per his questioning posted above.

Im getting the feeling she and Mr.X decided to romp it to make it look like Kobe had gone after her hard to make a bit of dough. This leads to the question of "well what about the DNA?" From what Im reading she don't seem too bright... so she might not know about DNA.... I know that is crazy sounding but believe me there are some dull people out there.

This girl had sex AFTER her encounter with Kobe,
and that alone makes it impossible to convict him.
One of her guests went so far as to declare Kobe
INNOCENT, not merely "not guilty."

I don't follow as I don't understand betting. But if you are implying I am not fair minded, you are wrong. I am also sensible and rational and can spot spin a mile away.
I am not out to convict Bryant, nor vindicate the accuser. I've been pretty clear and pointed, so don't ascribe to me thoughts or words I never said.

LOL! I've read the entire transcript as well as this thread, and my own impression of her is that she tried to "score" w/Bryant in more than one way.
I was glad to see that Toby's counsel also brought up the $20,000 the accuser has received from the victims' fund and the real possibility that she be required to repay it. I have never understood how she could have received it in the first place absent her victimhood being proven.
As for her hygeine, well.... Stupid and dirty. As for her choice in underpants, I'm old enough to shutter at thong stuff...especially purple.
She had a miniscule amout of Kobe's;
loads of the recent guy;
and I "think" she had another donor
in one of her two pairs of dirty underpants.
But, Kobe did not have any of the other guy(s)
or guy's DNA on him. So much for the transfer issue.
Of course Kobe could have washed, but if he did,
why would her DNA still be on him?
