miss purple/yellow would just LOVE for this to go away now. She will be all over the tabloids for sure....
True, lots of folks will forget and lots won't care at all. However, as we've seen on some of these threads, some are just too thick-headed and judgmental to understand or accept the concept of malicious prosecution. If I were Kobe, I'd spend whatever it took in a civil court to sue everyone involved in this mess starting with that woman, her mother, the sheriff and the DA.
I would love to see woody the DA do some time with martha, slick, hillary!, not in that particular order.
Purple & yellow: aren't they the Lakers' colors?
lol, leave it you to find the irony.
Maybe kobe could come out with a 'signature' shirt line....
"The so called injuries were lacerations, not cuts and the purple panites had a brownish color stains not blood. The yellow panties had a considerable amount of blood mixed with seman from Mr. X. The T- shirt had blood transfers which amount to smears. No where has it been stated that the lacerations bled, they were not open cuts read the PH."
(From CTV)
Yep. Its over.
LOL!
Was that posted on CTV's site?
When you're reduced to asking questions like this in order to bolster your argument that your theory of the case is superior to that of the defense expert.... you're in trouble.
Thanks for the ping.
I said she isn't that smart. Otherwise she wouldn't be sleeping around having unprotected sex. She couldn't QUALIFY for Pre-Med. Not only that, what makes anyone think she is entitles to any compensation? It was consensual.
This girl has displayed a total lack of morals,
and she is most decidedly in need of medical/mental
help in addition to spiritual help. Her's is
an empty soul at this point. She is a very troubled
and dangerous girl. Thnaks to her, he must prove
himself innocent and look at the cost of not only his
money, but also of the hurt he has caused his family.
Frankly, he ought to sue her for malicious prosecution, defamation, and anything else his lawyer can think of. Paying her for what she did is absurd.
EEEEEEEEEEEEWWWWWWWWW!
That was nasty.
ROTFLMAO.
Yes, it was...........funny, isn't it?
Oh, dear, lets hope she doesn't decide to offer a "signature" line of undies.
I remember my screen name over there.
I may have forgotten my password.
It's even worse when the prosecutor tells the judge:
""If in fact you were to rule that all of the rape-shield evidence were going to come in in this case, I'm thinking the prosecution is going to sit down and re-evaluate the quality of its case and its chances of a successful prosecution," Bakke said."

They will send it to you if you've forgotten.
