The thoughtful and sensitive war of John F. Kerry

Recently, Democrat presidential nominee, John F. Kerry told Americans that he would fight the war on terror in a more sensitive and thoughtful way. Are we able to see on the political battlefield, by his campaign words and actions just what he means by thoughtful and sensitive?

As John F. Kerry recently praised his Hollywood (Whoopi Goldberg) campaign fundraiser supporters for being what America is all about, one could not miss how thoughtful and sensitive he was. Moreover, as he directed speakers at the Democrat Convention to do as they please as long as they refrain from using the words President Bush, this also must be looked at as sensitivity plus. In addition, hearing Kerry’s speech aimed at the person not to be mentioned, as well as directing Republicans at the end of the Democrat Convention, insisting avoidance of negativity, how thoughtful. Finally, his comments regarding how he would have reacted on September 11 when first hearing of events, his “Michael Moore” moment was such a tender and loving response.

Perhaps, President Bush should take a cue from this very sensitive and thoughtful man. After signing the Defense Appropriation Bills, how sensitive it would have been if he pointed to John F. Kerry’s indecision of first voting for it and than voting against it, saying if he would have been there to vote, he would have voted for it unlike Kerry. In addition, President Bush could speak to Kerry’s no-show while he was on the intelligence committee. He could ever so sensitive tell Americans that had he been on the committee he would not have missed 38 of the 49 hearings that Kerry could have been at during the eight years he “served”. I am sure he could do that in a sensitive and thoughtful way.

Actually, the idea of fighting a political war with sensitivity and thoughtfulness is great. For many having President Bush state, just because Kerry and the Democrats say it doesn’t make it so, would be received by citizens all across this great country as being as sensitive and thoughtful as it gets.

I tried to be thoughtful and sensitive when I disciplined my children. When that didn't work, I became Commander and Chief and that did the trick!!

Changing with the Wind
Sung to Blowing in the Wind

How many times must he flip flop and flip,
Before he takes a firm stand?
How many lies must he tell about Nam,
Before we all call his hand?
How many times can he vote pro and con,
Before he is totally canned?
His answer my friend, is changing with the wind.
His answer is changing with the wind.
How many times will he say George Bush lied,
Before he tells us a fact?
How many times must I hear him drone on,
And still my ears stay intact?
How many deaths did he cause there in Nam,
With all his appeasements at home?
The answer and trend, John Kerry's not our friend,
The answer's John Kerry's not our friend.
How many terms could John Kerry serve,
Before America's gone?
How many days before he would cave in,
Afraid to protect our home?
How many weeks till he gave us away,
And let the UN take the throne?
The answer my friend, we'd twist in the wind,
The answer is we'd twist in the wind.

To: John F'n Kerry... what a joke. A thoughtful and sensitive war? You MORON!!!!! Why don't you ask these extremist groups to quit beheading people as that's unthoughtful and insensitive. How about quit with the Improvised Explosive Devices or dishonorable warfare. The only thing they are going to understand is a bullet, a bomb or a nuke up their backside. This is a WAR, can you say war Mr. Kerry? No, not coWARd, WAR... The bad guys call it Jihad but it still means WAR. You remember?

You think you're a war hero and all, try this... Take your sorry backside to Iraq for the next month and do a few convoys, go bust your backside with those who are making Iraq a real nation, go see what they are doing. Quit talking and start walking. My brothers and sisters in arms don't need your bull, what we need is for you to do your job and get us what we need. Here's a novel idea... Go do the duty that you are assigned to do which you've been AWOL for. You remember? That senate position in which you voted 14 times of 112? If your presidential record is anything like your senator record I'm sure we'll all be speaking arabic and praying the Quran by the time you're finished. Purple hearts and silver/purple stars... So the hell what? I've probably got more scars from OIF, Desert Storm, Desert Focus, Desert Strike than you have gotten in your entire life and to be honest I don't give a rat's arse about a purple heart. If you did half of what our men and women of today's force do now and get very little for you could call yourself a hero as every one of them are. For now, In my opinion I will just call you a clown who thinks he's all that and a bag of chips. The best I see you as right now is a bunch of crumbs held together by a bottle of ketchup.

A quote from Teresa Kerry, yestereday in Missouri:
[NY Times]
...after her husband had finished a shortened stump speech from the train's rear platform and giddily blown the train whistle four times [whatta dork], Teresa Heinz Kerry gave a taste of her alternately sharp and warm-and-fuzzy touch.

"You cannot solve problems by throwing stones," she said. "And you cannot solve problems by telling lies. And you cannot solve problems by wishing ill to other people. The only way you solve problems is by holding hands and talking about it. And that's what we want to do in this campaign."

Do they spontaneously burst into "Kumbaya" as the train leaves the station?

Ah, the old "Marshmallow and Whiffleballs" attack strategy. And the Marines will bring the BBQ grills, followed by the 101st carrying in the whirlpools and makeup chests.

Breast or penis enhancement anyone?

Oh, brother. Who is going to be his Secretary of State and Defense? Alan Alda and Phil Donahue?
