When I was a kid, the kids would just fight it out, on the playground, after school, before school. Then whatever the beef was, it was settled, and everyone moved on. Now they have "conflict management" and they TALK to the kids and try to avoid the fights. But, but, you don't understand... we're so much more civilized these days. Conciliation ALWAYS trumps confrontation.
You clearly need to get with the program!
