Thank you for the link.

Dr. Bill Wattenburg, has said that there is no problem getting a nuclear bomb into the United States in a shipping
container.

Plus I read another report that said a sealed bomb, can be
safely sealed and hidden in the oil of an oil tanker.

Dr Bill, last night warned the listeners that they should
think about the nuclear bombs that would hit the U.S.

This is unusual, as his program, is not a planned one, but
he has said he will talk about the nuclear bombs, that he thinks they have and if they don't, they will be able to make.

Never forget we have given them the finest educations we have to offer.

Dr. Bill is on KGO radio, 810 on the AM dial, from San Francisco, the station reaches most of the western states.

10pm to 1 am.

From your Panama Canal article:

"While there is no direct evidence linking the canal with a specific threat, officials worry it could be a likely target.

In April 2001, a suspected al-Qaida figure identified as Adnan Gulshair El Shukrijumah arrived in Panama legally from the United States and stayed for 10 days, said Panama's security council chief, Ramiro Jarvis."

Isn't El Shukrijumah the one who is nicknamed Jafar the Pilot and thought to be the next Mohamed Atta?

In 1999, the Advisory Board of the Panama Canal was established as a forum of first class leaders of the international community who would contribute with their opinions and experiences towards a better future for the Canal. The Advisory Board of the Panama Canal is integrated by distinguished representatives of the maritime and business world and meets whenever it is convened.

COSCO is considered the fifth largest shipping company in the world. It has been a Canal user since the 70s and currently stands as the eleventh Panama Canal user based in number of transits and tolls paid.
