The judge gave the abuser & her parent's the kids over the weekend (10am Sat to 6 pm Sun)with unrestricted access.
My friends attorney believes the judge will be giving her back the children on Friday, the date for the next "temporary" hearing.
We have spoken to Judicial Watch & they may send out a representative, our local (SW District) guy will be out of town.
He indicated we should have as many "concerned citizens" attend the hearing as possible.
If any of you are in the Denton Area & are available Friday 8/13 at 10:30am, Please come the the Denton County Court House, Judge Jake Colliers Court. We don't want to disrupt the proceedings, we just want to show the judge we are observing this case.

Hands burned, The MD testified that this is not a pattern of a voluntary burn. Both the 3 & 6 year old have these hand burns. 
Bruising under the arm pit, he showed up that day with multiple bruises, on his chest & back also that day.
There are additional pictures on webshots under documentation of abuse. I didn't want to put any out there that would ID the kids though.
