NEW YORK, Aug. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Out2.com's independent contrarian columnist, Andy Martin, will publish a column and hold simultaneous news conferences in New York and London on Wednesday, August 11th to disclose he believes Barack Obama is a political fraud who "lied to the American people." Martin has asked Crown Books to stop sales of Obama's book because of its fraudulent content. Martin says Obama may be a threat to the Jewish community.

JP thanks for the ping to this story. Any and all info. on Obama and his Muslim ties need to be exposed. This so called "Christian", does not have the values or views to match that claim.
British East Africa (Kenya, Tanzania & Uganda) was/is a mixture of Christian & Muslim. I should know, I lived in Tanzania from 1971-72.
Even if the Obama family had money, the kids would still have been sent to the 'shambas' (farms) to work. To this day families' wealth is measured in livestock.
Yes, the Mau Mau was a terrible time in the struggle for Kenyan independence. Both the British & the Mau Mau committed atrocities & approx 4000 people died, 32 of whom were white settlers. But the Mau Mau was mainly a Kikuyu (the majority tribe) secret society, not Luo.

Just as a clarification, Barak is the name of one of the judges who ruled Isreal between the time of Joshua and King Saul.
Barak was instructed by the Prophetess Deborah to raise an Army against the Canaanites. (Who had ruled Israel for forty years.) He says he will only go if she will be at his side. Deborah agrees to go, but tells Barak he will have to share his glory with a women. This happens when the Canaanite General Sisera escapes from battle. He seeks refuge in the tent of Heber. Jael, Hebers wife, gives Sisera milk to drink and he falls asleep. As he is sleeping Jael drives a nail in his head.
The victory song of Deborah and Barak is recorded in Judges Chapter 5. Israel is at peace for forty years. Barak is listed as one the "Heros of Faith" in Hebrews Chapter 11.
The name Barak is of particular interest to me as it is the name of my Great Great Grandfather. Who, by the way, was a Scotsman and the men in his family were all given biblical names.

This bothers me, still. I wonder what influence Obama's family might have on him, especially considering that if elected he would have access to our nation's deepest security secrets.
Me: If his mother married two Muslim men and Obama is hiding his Muslim background, that is legitimate news.

I have been in contact with several Jewish voters in Illinois and, despite the newspaper article you cite, Obama's Muslim background is NOT well known. It makes them uncomfortable when they hear about it.
I agree that there a thousand reasons to vote against Obama. However, if he has Muslim or pro-Arab sympathies that he is hiding, that would be a legitimate reason too.
For many Jewish voters, who normally vote Democratic, this would be a deciding issue and it is a legitmate issue to bring up.
It has to be publicized better.
There is not a religious test to any office or public trust, but there should be a personal responsibility to vote for those who a wise. Christians believe that all wisdom comes from God. It is be wise to vote for those who truly fear God and are learned in the truths of Christ
