Yep, legalize drugs.
No one would Evvvvvvvver consider using them and then driving. Because that's what we've been told as drug users are RESPONSIBLE (h-ha-ha), not like those low-lifes who drink. Harrumph!

Bowen was arrested and is being held at the Peninsula Regional Jail on charges of possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, attempted malicious maiming, assault and battery, driving under the influence of drugs, possession of marijuana and reckless driving.See! See! All we need to have done was to legalize marijuana and he'd have been mellow... (roll eyes)
