Is it just me, or is this hugh? I'm not aware of anyone being charged with treason over this incident, but it sure looks like treason to me. I haven't yet seen any evidence that kerry himself turned the information over, but he was "a leader of VVAW" at the time. What were kerry's activities around that time? Was he in Paris? (I know he was in NYC in April 1972, but was he in Paris at all around that same time frame?) Get on it FReepers! What can you turn up?

This would have been the World Wide Alert during the Yom Kippur War that had us loading up the nukes, after there were satellite photos indicating that the USSR had nukes in Egypt.
This was the biggest alert since the Cuban Missile Crisis.

Unfortunaltely this is dead already, the media will not pick it up, seeing as though they have had all this time to report it. The simple dim response will be, it was an illegal(or some other word) dirty nixonian tactic from way back when and bears no weight on todays issue.
