I guess that Weintraub is too dumb to realize that, whether or not it marks Amber as an "obsessed stalker" (nonsense), it ALSO shows that he was uncharacteristically not returning her calls! He was too busy doing something else that was really important, like hiding a body.

If Geragos were to blow it badly with Amber--and I don't think he'll totally blow it, after all, he has had all this time to prepare--then he will probably fall on the floor and start talking in tongues to ensure a mistrial.
But that's just stupid of them to try to prove that, whether or not there was any truth in it. All it does is provide motive.

I think there is some truth to that scenario juz. But it was SO obvious that Amber was NOT buying his BS.!! I don't know, somehow I think he really IS obsessed with her. Some of the reporters in Court everday say "he can't keep his eyes off of her"
Exactly!! That would make an even stronger motive. A divorce would NOT have relieved him of his child support payments for 18 or 19 years!! That is stoopid.

RB thanks for all the pings, trying to keep up & not here as much as I'd like to be. I was glad to see the guy stick up for Amber, she seems to be well liked & not the sleaze so many try to portray her as. I think she is coming off quite the lady on the tapes & in court.
All true, but how many mens wives wash up where they put themselves with their alibi?? And, if the murderer was a stranger why would they drive her body 90 miles away? Most strangers who kill someone, leave the body where they did it & don't go to such lengths to hide it. I'm hoping the prosecution highlites these things in their closing arguments.

Time will tell, but I bet the police can put him at Ambers that day, peeping into her windows!! Now that would be a new one, Peeping Tom to add to his other attributes!!! LOL
The judge has already approved that the tapes can be in evidence, don't you think M.G. fought like hell to keep them out a long time ago. There is no grounds here for anything concerning the tapes once the judge allowed them in.

In the phone conversations yesterday in court testimony, Scott wanted to take Amber to a cabin in Lake Arrowhead to discuss him and her. She asked him to put whatever he has to say on a video and send it to her. I believe KCBS.com has this part of the story. Jeffery on Greta's show last night, lol.... He commented on that ..
