President Bush hit the campaign trail today for a two state trip to Pennsylvania and West Virginia. The President spoke at a rally at Hedgesville High School in Hedgesville, W. Va. While in Pennsylvania, Bush visited Boeing Company in Ridley Park, Pennsylvania and got the inside scoop on the CH-47 helicopter. He also spoke at a rally outside the company. Meanwhile, First Lady Laura Bush was at a 'W Stands for Women' rally in St. Louis, MO. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!
"Chat" with ya tomorrow!
At the following URL, you can watch an excellent video short from the President's visit to the Boeing plant in PA today: http://www.philly.com/mld/philly/ [Look for the video link toward the end of the page on the right under the heading "CBS3 Video"]
Mystery: When I saw the chinook helicopters, I immediately thought of you and Mike! BTW: I REALLY enjoyed our lunch -- you and Mike are even more AWESOME in person than you are on the DOSE!!!!!
Night all -- I've got an early meeting tomorrow!!!
Yeah, he's actually looking thin and trim these days ... well,he always did but more so.
Now, I also wear a kevlar vest on many occasions.

You can vote at 18 but you have to be sober. You can also join the army at 18 but can't have a beer, which I think is ridiculous.
sweet dreams darlin"
sorry I missed chatting. I am ready to crash also. had 48 mile bike ride with my "team" getting ready for MS150 this weekend (150 mile bike ride to raise funds for MS)
You forgot having his french hairdresser flown cross country twice to perk up his "do."
just do what you can. One on one is often the best.
night hon
I think so too. What I plan to do when I have kids is let them have a little bit of alcohol as they grow up. Maybe a little bit of wine or something if I'm having some. That way when they become legal, they'll be less likely to want to run out and get drunk (or before they become legal).
It takes effort to look like you have a dead raccoon on your head :)
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU......a little late, but still the very best of wishes to you!!!!
Thanks! :)
Texasflower, most assuredly, prayers are being continued for your poor Dad, and for you.
That video took my breath! God Bless our military men and women!!! We owe them so much, a debt that we will never be able to repay.
Snugs, it depends what state you live in and what the local law is [the age to buy alcohol]. You can get beer in New Orleans at 18, but in Indiana it is 21 for everything.
Same thing applies to things like the age at which you can get married, it depends on the state law. Age at which you can drive etc. One thing that is standard is the age to vote which is a federal law, 18.
Admiralsn, I always keep mine at 50, but I went to Preferences and checked 250 to see if it would work. It didn't. I still got 50. Hope that helps you.
Thanks. I have a feeling it was "disabled" during the latest "renovations."
Prayers for you and your family.
Late again tonight and tomorrow it's off to my father's again for a few days. (Lafayette)...Sooner or later his house will get cleaned....Just wish it were sooner. Travel prayers requested. Driving between the trucks on the interstate has really be unnerving lately.
See you all in a couple of days.
