In the history of Swift Boats in Vietnam, all military personnel served a tour of duty of at least one year unless seriously wounded. Among the few exceptions was John Kerry, who requested to leave Vietnam in 1969 after four months, citing a regulation that permitted release of personnel with three Purple Hearts. Kerry, now the four-term senator from Massachusetts and the Democratic presidential nominee, is also the only known "Swiftee" who received the Purple Heart for a self-inflicted wound. None of Kerry's three Purple Hearts was for serious injuries. They were minor scratches, resulting in no lost duty time. Each of these decorations is controversial, with considerable evidence (and in two cases, incontrovertible and conclusive evidence) that the injuries were caused by his own hand and not the result of hostile fire.

The public should demand the release of Kerry's military records. This demand should be constant and consistent until the records are released.

With all that has been written and all that has been said it is almost impossible in my mind to believe Kerry over all those other honorable veterans all the way up the chain of command. Something is terribly wrong here. If John Kerry doesn't release his records then he looks guiltier each and every day. What is HE hiding?????
These men have a lot to lose with this book. Why would they bring down this kind of attacks on their personal lives if they didn't know what they say is the truth? There is no way I can believe they are doing it for political purposes EXCEPT for the fact they dont' believe kerry is honorable or has the character to lead this great country.
If I were a vet during that time I would approach Kerry (respectfully of course) and ask him to tell me to my face, in front of my wife and my grown children and in front of the world that I raped, cut off ears, murdered and killed animals of innocent people.
I would ask if he saw me do that.
I would ask if he knew my name?
I would ask him if he has proof that I personally did any of that?
I would ask him to accuse me once more only this time to my face and in front of my wife, and my grown children.
I would ask him to pinpoint every detail of the things he is accusing me of.
I would then stand up in front of everyone and denounce his accusations.
I would then demand kerry take back the lies he said about me as my wife and grown children stand by my side.
I would then ask questions of him and what he did in the war.
It was a terrible thing for kerry to come back and say those awful, horrid things about his brothers as he calls them. To accuse them of such atrocities is unforgiveable. Why didn't he stop them?
Why didn't he report them?
Why did he wait to come back and go before the committee?
Why did he associate himself with Jane Fonda and that ilk?
John Kerry has a lot of questions to answer. When you accuse your fellow soldiers of such atrocities then you should be able to prove what they did and you should be able to face them one on one and stand your ground.
God bless the Vietnam Vets. So many died in that war and so many came home lame and hated. John Kerry should get down on his knees and beg their forgiveness for the horrors he said they did. It only aided and abetted the enemy and that in my mind is TREASON.

THE POODLE CAUGHT IN ANOTHER LIE
Fresh off his 'Christmas in Cambodia' fairy tale, The Poodle has been caught in another whopper, this time regarding one of his Purple Hearts. This is separate from the questions surrounding his being awarded the Purple Heart in the first place.
It looks like Kerry has contradicted himself in his own diary. In Douglas Brinkley's "Tour of Duty," which is Kerry's official, approved war biography, The Poodle writes an entry after a mission. In that entry he says that after several missions he has not yet taken any enemy fire. Ok .. big deal. Big whoop, right? Sorry .. but actually this is a big deal.
The problem here is that this particular entry in Kerry's diary was made concerning the mission which followed that mission where he earned his first Purple Heart. Now .. think this one through. Kerry goes on a mission and earns a Purple Heart. Then, after his next mission, Kerry writes in his diary that he has not yet experienced any enemy fire. Tell me .. if Kerry had not yet experienced enemy fire then how did he earn a Purple Heart?
Again, just as with Swift Boat Veterans for Truth allegations, somebody is lying. Is it The Poodle, who has now been caught in yet another lie, or those who have nothing to gain by pointing out the inconsistencies?
Shouldn't the media be taking a look at this? That's right...I forgot. The media is so pro-Kerry they will never do anything to damage his chances in the presidential election. They really need to concentrate on figuring out whether or not George Bush showed up for guard service.

BWAWAWAWAWA! Kerry tried to claim credit for Peck's battles on PCF94. After Peck nailed them, once again, the story disappeared from Kerry's website.
