"A Bush-Cheney '04 ad released Aug. 13 accuses Kerry of being absent for 76% of the Senate Intelligence Committee's public hearings during the time he served there. The Kerry campaign calls the ad "misleading," so we checked, and Bush is right.
Official records show Kerry not present for at least 76% of public hearings held during his eight years on the panel, and possibly 78% (the record of one hearing is ambiguous).
Kerry points out that most meetings of the Intelligence Committee are closed and attendance records of those meetings aren't public, hinting that his attendance might have been better at the non-public proceedings. But Kerry could ask that his attendance records be made public, and hasn't.
Aides also claimed repeatedly that Kerry had been vice chairman of the intelligence committee, but that was Bob Kerrey of Nebraska, not John Kerry."

Why? Because they only want their power back.
They do not care how many American's are killed as long as they are in charge.
See the number of American's killed while Carter/Clinton were in power with no response from US.
The way Sen Roberts made it sound, Kerry doesn't want to release the closed door meeting attendance record either.
He was on Russert and he basically dared Kerry to ask him and Rockefeller to release the record.
Gosh how priceless is $175 to charity, and about $8,600 on an Italian Mtn bike? Well, not as priceless a $0.00 in charitable deductions another year.
Can you work up something about his 'compassionate giving' vs his toys?
Sure, but I'd need someplace with stats on his giving and his toys...got any links in mind?
So which estates did he visit 78% of the time?
... and if elected he will not flip flop on this one - he will be out of the White House 78% of the time & miss the intelligence meetings totally, after all, he knows it all.
I think you coined a new phrase....Public Self-Service!!
This is his 'aircraft carrier' picture. Almost. There's another one with him wearing that belt thing that cradles his crotch. Problem with that picture is he looks dumber than usual (if that's possible). At least in this one he's striding forward, and if you don't look too closely, you might think that thing in his right hand is a weapon. RATs couldn't have picked a more inept candidate.
