Kerry campaign says this flier was being passed out by Alachua County FL Republican committee, also acting as Bush/Cheney 04 headquarters, allegation that this proves connection between Bush/Cheney 04 and SwiftVets.

It says PRO USA POLITICAL RALLY. It does not say Pro-Bush or Pro-Republican or any such sponsor. Nice try, Kerry campaign. Just shows you're getting more and more desperate.

It proves that they appeared someplace, with a bunch of conservative groups. Is that the best that they've got?

Are people at a Kerry rally not allowed to discuss one of M. Moore's movies?

It's no more proof of collusion than any MoveOn.org ad/poster advertising one of their activities where Democrats are also listed. Anyone that thinks it is proof of collusion is daft.

This simply shows that the Republican party is using material produced by the Swiftboat Vets. It does not demonstrate involvement of the Swiftboat Vets with a Republican event.
Hasn't Kerry's campaign been using material lifted from Fahrenheit 9/11? Same difference.

Want to get away from the Iraq (news - web sites) war, slanted news reporting and the mud-slinging presidential election campaign that probably lies ahead? In the old days you could always find refuge from the sound and fury of politics by going to a movie. But now you may be better off at home. The silver screen has become as partisan a battleground as Democratic and Republican conventions. Filmmaker Michael Moore, director of the controversial political film 'Fahrenheit 9/11,' speaks to the media on the floor of the Democratic National Convention in Boston, July 26, 2004. It is stupid to be handing those out at Bush/Cheney Headquarters. Whether it's illegal, I don't know, but it sure as hell gives ammunition for "coordination" charges.
To: CobaltBlue
Actually, I need to correct my own post. It means that a piece of paper exists that seems to indicate that the Swifties might have appeared someplace with some conservative groups.
We don't know this thing's provenance, or whether such an event occurred or if they showed up.
Even if all of that is true, its still pretty thin, and it doesn't establish any connection to anything except this particular event.

Anyone can make up anything like this and claim that it belongs to the other side. Just more disinformation from the DemoRATS.

How about Michael Moore sitting in the President Box at the DNC. That's more of a smoking gun.
