The easiest tool is simply MS Outlook Express. Create a new email message, type in your message, use MS Outlook Express to edit, highlight, bold, Italicize, indent, and change colors, then click on the "Source" tab down at the bottom.
Then copy all of the HTML code that you see in between the first <DIV> and last </DIV> tags.
Paste that code in to your FR post. You're done!
