I seem to remember seeing some suryey of the world's wealthiest leaders and ARAFLAB was right up there among the richest. Before they blow him to bits and tie his $$$ up in courts, let him show how noble he is and give ALL his money to his people.........he is just another greedy little dictator ripping off his people and blaming others as he picks their pockets, keeping aid money meant for others.
