Presidential candidate John Kerry can count on the support of at least one group of Vietnam Veterans – and they're still in Vietnam.

Following Kerry's denunciation of the ad by Swift Boat Veterans for Truth, criticizing him for exaggerating his war record, a group of former U.S. soldiers gathered in Hanoi to express their support for Kerry and to call President Bush a "draft dodger" for his service in the Texas Air National Guard during the war. And they were selling T-shirts to tourists to raise money for Kerry's campaign.

If the RNC isn't lining up former Bush era/Guard pilots and ground crewmen to speak in his behalf... they are missing an oppurtunity. They also should put this BS to rest about Bush's actual military activity regarding the training and flying of the single engine F 102 jets AND his volunteering for Nam duty. AND, that 40-50% of all fighter pilots going to Nam were taken from the guard back then.

I can't believe these hypocrites. After Clinton, they want to call GWB a draft dodger.

According to the May 19, 1997, Viet Nam News, Searcy was part of a contingent of former members of VVAW, who came to Hanoi to honor Ho Chi Minh and to mark the 30th anniversary of VVAW's founding which fell on the North Vietnamese communist leader's birthday.

That about says it all ...

President Bush a "draft dodger"

Yeah, he found a new way to dodge the draft--he volunteered.

call President Bush a "draft dodger"

But simply adored Clinton when he really dodged the draft and fled to the enemy in the U.S.S.R. during the cold war.
Now, they support the communists in Viet Nam and John Kerry.
What a great bunch of guys -- NOT
