What's even better, just run his own words of April 23 1971 against him:

18 U.S.C. Section 953 says the above is a felony.
He's also, thence being a felon, barred from the office of President.
And that's putting this lightly.
Since he was Navy Reserve's version of IRR at the time of visiting Paris, he was in violation of military uniform code and thus committing treason.
Either way you look at it, he's toast if the info gets legs.

sounds like the WaPo has grounds to file a FOI suit rather then a request at this point. They did try to get his record. Give them credit. The WaPo still has some shred of dignity left.

A Freedom of Information Act request by The Post for Kerry's records produced six pages of information. A spokesman for the Navy Personnel Command, Mike McClellan, said he was not authorized to release the full file, which consists of at least a hundred pages. "
