I flew USAir last night. Judging from what I've read in the last few days coupled with the employees attitudes, I'd say they're toast.

USAir is hanging by a thread financially.
Their solvency is seriously in question--bankruptcy/liquidation is a real possibility.
Continental is in much better shape fincially, but then again, in the airline industry--that's not saying a whole lot.
