Yep, calling someone over 300 times in a week, just means - you're nuts, not necessarily in love ;-) (/sarcasm)
Maybe Scott liked Amber because with her he could talk about things that were not baby related.
When Scott was explaing how 95% of him wanted a relationship but 5% of him wasn't sure, the first thing out of his mouth about the 5% was "differing parenting styles". On another occasion speaking about their differences he started off with his not wanting another child and her wanting one.
This may indicate that he had BIG issues with this baby thing (Conner).
Other than that he rarely speaks of children except the occassional pandering comment about her child.
And also, he seems to talk a lot for a guy. But when he speaks the sentences don't make sense. This is so noticable when he talks about their relationship. He blathers on and on with a string of words that have no business being next to each other.
