Actually, it does. The replacement citation should not have been altered at all unless there were an error to be corrected. The flowery prose praining the traitor's exploits is nothing but "padding" - aka bovine excrement.
Read the citations, and point out the changes that amount to padding. I read them, and the word "calm" was removed (regarding Kerry's demeanor) from a boilerplate sentence. Otherwise, the citations are identical.
