Two explosions ripped through two buses in central Be'er Sheva on Tuesday.
The explosions took place almost simultaneously in two buses, numbers 12 and 24, traveling opposite the municipality building on Yitzhak Riger Street.
Channel 2 reported at least 15 to 20 casualties at the scene.
Police sealed of the area and paramedics are treating people at the scene.
Magen David Adom ambulances are on the scene.
Homocide bombing? This is the first in Israel since the spring, I think.
Islam means "peace".
Homocide bombing is hardly the correct term to use.
When someone leaves a bomb in a backpack then leaves, that's a homocide bombing.

(IsraelNN.com) MDA and ZAKA officials are reporting dozens of persons have been wounded in a major terrorist attack(s) that seems to have involved two buses in the area of Beersheba City Hall.

will SOMEONE explain to me how 75-80% of American Jews plan to vote for Kerry? Ok, so they are "Americans first" and maybe domestic issues are more important to them, but Israel is their spiritual home, and Israel has never had a better friend than George W. Bush. I just don't get it.

At least 12 dead in twin attacks on Be'er Sheva buses

At least 12 people were killed and dozens of others were wounded Tuesday afternoon in two explosions within minutes of each other on two buses in the southern city of Be'er Sheva. The blasts occurred at around 2:50 P.M. on Rager Boulevard, close to the city's municipal building.
Police and emergency personnel were at the scene soon after the blast.
According to paramedics at the scene of the blasts, at least 15 people were wounded. The extent of their injuries has not yet been ascertained.
Israel Radio said one bus was in flames, while windows were blown out of the second vehicle.
The radio report said Palestinian attackers had carried out an attack. The report couldn't immediately be confirmed.
Palestinian militants haven't carried out a suicide bombing inside Israel since March 14, when 11 people were killed in the port city of Ashdod.
Earlier Tuesday, Israel Defense Forces soldiers caught a Palestinian man carrying an explosives belt as he tried to cross into Israel from the Gaza Strip. Be'er Sheba is 25 miles west of Gaza City.
I can't think of a logical reason for a Jew to ever vote for a democrat. That to me is the big mystery of Judaeism, i.e. why any Jew would ever vote for a democrat.
