"Standing ovation" my ass. From the body of the Times' report, one would think John F*ckin' was treated as the Second Coming Of Jesus. When you see the C-SPAN broadcast, the truth is completely different. Shame on their reporter for misstating what actually occured.

Kerry was about as welcome as a beer fart in Church at the American Legion convention and he knew it. However being the pompous ass that he is, he blabbered on because of course he was speaking to lesser beings. The applause was sparse, sometimes it sounded as though no more than 5 dumbcrat shills clapping. The Washington Times was very gracious in it's reporting. Kerry was a bust.
