I listened intently, until my gorge rose.
As I originally posted, too many promises and not enough explanation of where the money is coming from.
I was very disappointed with the speech.
Since the first amendment is not totally repealed, and this is allegedly a forum for free discussion, I posted my gut reaction.
Your gorge may have risen,but both your ears are tin,dear.You just think that you understand politics;you don't.This was THE best political convention I have EVER seen,from either party and it has NOTHING to do with prejudice either.I am VERY good at slamming people I like,when need be and praising those I hate ,when they deserve it.
I've been a political junkie since I was tiny child.This GOP Convention and the president's acceptance speech has been THE best I've seen/heard since 1952!

What, specifically, did you not like in the speech? Which programs? Which themes?
I thought it was fantastic, BTW, but since you didn't care for it, I'd like to know, again *specifically*, why.
Yes chaos and atrophy.. . and government is the natural progression of things, but supernatural progression is when mere mortals align themselves with supernatural ideals and perform miraculous acts that all of the governments of the world couldn't eradicate.
