I am an HTML idiot who goes to HTML Bootcamp once a week

Can someone explain how to post an html image.
HTML bootcamp is fantastic, but if he is like me, it might take several days to get it right.

Bookmark this for future reference. It has been a life saver for me:

How to post an image:

Just find the image's location and type in this :

<img src = "http://somewebsite/somefile/image.jpg">

You find the image's address "http://somewebsite/somefile/image.jpg" by right-clicking on the image, selecting "properties" and copying the source.

I'm not sure I'm reading your post at 22 correctly. If you desire the info on how to post a photo onto a FR thread and it has already been posted on the Internet somewhere, this is how.

Right-click the photo
Select Properties
Copy the Address URL
Go to Post Reply window in FR
Type this, leaving out the spaces after the < and before the > (the carats activate the HTML)
< img src="PasteYourURLHere" >
DO leave the space between IMG and SRC (stands for Image Source, if that helps you to remember)
PREVIEW

If all went well and you're accessing a photo that can be linked to an external (FR) source, you'll see it in the Preview screen.

If you have a photo on your hard drive, it has to be uploaded to a web storage space such as http://www.photobucket.com first, and then linked, as per above.
