A good guy! Contemporary Christian singer, pianist and song writer. Used to tour with Amy Grant until she crossed over into country music.

He is a Christian Artist. He is very popular and has even had many crossover-songs. He is a man of God and a friend of the Bush family.

My understanding is that W asked Michael W Smith to write a song about 9/11. He wrote "There She Stands". (I heard that but don't have any documentation its true).

Did you hear the person who nearly let something slip? I won't say anything else in case it is true.

Good correction of yourself....
I love his music, but just recently got back into it. At one time I was gonna name a future son Michael William (Don't know what the W really stands for) or a future daughter Liesha.
