Well, it sounds good except for the part about gov't helping people improve their lives. Oh well. I believe his heart is in the right place, but he just has more faith in gov't than I've got.

Bond market reacted as if job numbers tomorrow will be larger than expected. Eveyone is watching Bush's speech for clues of this...since he already knows the number! If Bush mentions "strong growth ahead" or something in his speech watch the dollar and bonds on Globex for wild moves.
