See the previous thread.

Someone who had connections to conservative commentators needs to forward these two Free Republic threads to them. If we hadn't have been paying attention, this liberal bias would have remained. But we caught them. It needs to be noted when the Left tries to ridicule the charge of a Liberal media bias.

I saw it live on TV and didn't hear one boo.

Rather, I heard applause when Bush asked for prayers for Clinton.

My favorite one was last Q when the economy grew by 2.8% and the headline was "Confirmed: US Economy Contracting". They had to change that one two. But not after a few million people read it.

Agree, FRiend! There was a prayer thread that ended up sounding sarcastic and/or mocking. I believe just about everyone here has serious disagreements with Bill Clinton's politics, but that the vast majority would also offer prayers for his health anyway. That certainly includes me.

There was a line from a movie, the scene was in Italy and an Italian man said to an American (paraphrasing):

'You must find someone to hate, as much as you must find someone to love. Just as love keeps you alive, the hate will keep you interested in living.'

I do not 'hate' Bill Clinton, I can think of no one I hate, but he and his wife do keep things interesting.

(If someone can help with the movie and the exact line, it would be appreciated)

Never mind...I know it wont happen. I do wonder though, how do these media nuts plan to survive after the election is over and Bush remains in office?? Each time I hear of another one of these outlets going broke, I will open another bottle of expensive wine to celebrate their demise!

The President is dismantling the nutty Left's portrait of him as someone who runs around hating people. I loathe Clinton but I think the most fitting punishment for the miscreant's misdeeds is having him around.

That one is really interesting. Someone at the Boston Globe went out of their way to add the 'Audience boos as' to the AP headline. Every other one I've seen more or less uses the AP feed, some use AP redirects so their stories are fed directly from the AP.
