"October would be nice."

Halloween surprise?

(At John F'n Kerry's house in Nantucket on Halloween night...A loud KNOCK, KNOCK, KNOCKING on the door)

Kerry: Who's there?

Voice: Trick or treat!

(Kerry slowly and cautiously opens the door and sees a REAL tall kid in a bin Laden costume)

Kerry: Very funny.

(From behind bin Laden steps President Bush)

Bush: SURPRISE!

Kerry: TERAAAAAYYZAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!

(The president goes snickering into the night)

"What were the Democrats thinking when they picked that loser to run against Bush?"

Possibility #1: Hillary in 2008

Possibility #2: Banking on, and facilitating, Kerry's meltdown requiring him to step aside at literally the last minute (after the debates, of course), putting John Edwards in the #1 slot, with an agreement already in place to put Hillary on the ticket with him.

It sorta got buried in the hurricane and the Russian School and the Convention, but between 24 and 48 hours ago a column of between two reinforced companies and a light battalion of US and Afghan troops crossed the border, spent several hours doing house to house searches in or near the Shawal Valley in Pakistan west of Miram Shah, took two prisoners and then left.

The Paks officially said it was a "routine operation", but locally the pro terrorist tribesmen are howling like scalded cats.

No word on the identities of the two prisoners.

A U.S. counterterrorism official said here Friday that nearly 75 percent of the al-Qaida terror network’s senior leadership has been eliminated...[according to] Cofer Black, U.S. State Department coordinator for counterterrorism [and] former CIA agent...

Cofer Black is a highly respected and very knowledgeable source regarding terrorism, in general, and the War On Terror, in specific. I thought you might find this useful, in light of past discussions.

BIN LADEN MUST BE KILLED not merely arrested.

MY granddaughter's husband is stationed in the area. I hope he gets the honor and I agree. I want Osama dead.

The stink in the Dim Party comes from the Hildebeast and her cardiac impaired consort plus the other assorted whisky-running leftovers. I would hope the Dims would realize this and become like the rest of us.....Republican.

I thought that the libs said that Bush was going to march OBL out during the demoSTUPID convention in July. (I think it was that article in the UK that firmly established that July was when we were going to bring him out).

I'm optimistic that we will catch him, but I don't know if I can stand listening to the libs say "the timing, the TIMING!, THE TIMING!". If we really already had OBL, I just as soon have W whip Kerry's ass on November 2 and the day after the election, put OBLs head on a pike in the downtown NYC and simply say, "Saddam and Osama were a warm up. Wherever you are, we're coming to get you. W...Out."

I have absolutely NO faith in the Pakistanis. NONE at all.
But how tantalizing!

Thanks for the info/update.
