Illiteracy shockingly high in L.A (53% can't read English)

What do you expect when we're being overrun by the "Viva la Raza" illegals and their Leftist supporters who insist that we should have to learn their language, not vice-versa.

They even order California plates, I've seen around that say, La Raza, (meaning the "race"). Now that is not racist is it??

I wonder what the illiteracy rate is for legal residents and citizens? The solution that no one will employ or talk about is at the border. With less of an overload on the schools and social services, the statistics would improve.
