Given the veracity of the so-called "experts" that CBS uses (like the document expert who vouched for the memos), I'd suggest an "independent" investigation instead of an "internal" investigation.

In other news, Bill Clinton needed new stitches from laughing so hard.

10 to 1 odds the guy below is the perp who forged the documents. I'll bet he gave them to the DNC, which shopped them to CBS, who then asked for some verification and was refered back to this guy. Otherwise, how did CBS find a "friend and colleague" who ran the TANG admin office so fast?

Robert Strong was a friend and colleague of Killian who ran the Texas Air National Guard administrative office in the Vietnam era. Strong, now a college professor, also believes the documents are genuine. "They are compatible with the way business was done at the time. They are compatible with the man that I remember Jerry Killian being," says Strong. "I don't see anything in the documents that is discordant with what were the times, what was the situation and what were the people involved."

It didn't happen if someone doesn't go to jail on federal charges of forgery. Same as voter fraud never took place, as nobody has gone to jail for that federal offense either........

Ok Mr. Stong cannext address the fact it could not have been typed like that in 1972. Is that an inconsitency with the times? The guy is not a document expert but rather a RAT hack.

Investigate THIS:

Overlaid:

No way would me fiddling for a few seconds in MS Word produce the exact same results as a 30-year-old typewritten document.

It certainly is a crime. So is stealing classified documents from the national archives. They save the prosecutions for you, your seatbelt, and cigarrettes.

And dont forget the stolen FBI files and stolen National Archive files.

No problem in America for some, it seems - terrorists and DNC.

Whatever they say will be wrong. If they say "We were taken in." they look bad and it reflects badly on frenchie. If the say"We stand by our story", it will give it legs and that will eventually point back to frenchie.
This is how it will end up:
serpenthead and the forehead = dirty tricks = frenchie's campaign caught in another lie = a toasted frenchie.
Said it before, I'll say it again, frenchie won't break 40%. By Sept 30 the rest of the world will agree and the action will swing to the senate races where the rats will have to fight a rear guard battle to keep from losing 6 seats. Yes I said 6 seats. NC SC GA FL LA and SD. We net + 5 with Ill.

Does this mean a bipartisan proctologist is looking up a-hole Dan Rather's a-hole? If so they are looking in the wrong place.

The smear masters, Begala, Carville, McAwful, etc, have set Kerry up for another beating. Dan Rather? My guess is he is working with the smear masters. Rather will apologize and walk away intact Kerry will now be pushed even harder to sign Form 180.

My hats off to Bill and Hill. This was a very clever sub-rosa move to stab Kerry in the back.

Torpedo Dan Blather? Shocked? Well then I'm shocked.

The fact is that Rather, although he may not be as liberal as Jennings, does represent the most liberal of the three broadcasting companies.

The Viacom-MTV-CBS connection outliberals the heavily pro-homosexual NBC-Bravo tag team and the heavily pro-homosexual ABC-Disney tag team.

Sorta off-topic -- this whole fiasco points out the difficulties inherent in being sure that documents are genuine. This is especially difficult when so many things are electronic.

Sounds like a business opportunity to me....
