We punt. It all depends upon the content. Is it well written, are there credible sources, etc. There are no hard fast rules. Some blogs are better than others.

What do you do when a blog, such as Powerline Blog has more credibility than CBS? This in a nutshell is the biggest long-term consequence of this forgery, bigger even than the consequences for this election.
A lot of us have known this for quite some time, of course, but this will now become the general perception (and rightly so).
