Does someone have a link about the documents having been on tompaine.com?

Did a Google search. There was only one hit, dated September 2000. Although it mentions an annual evaluation, it doesn't appear to mention the CBS memos. It's hard to believe that if tompaine.com ever posted the memos in question they would have archived this four year old article but not an article that links to the CBS docs. The only other alternative I can think of is that it's archived but that the html page linking to the documents doesn't mention Killian by name. But that also seems unlikely.
