At least 1/4 of all Mexican gang members in the Northern Virginia area are first generation.
That is based on figures from the "Northern Virginia Regional Gang Task Force" which made approximately 200 arrests, 150 misdeameanor arrests and 50 felony arrests, and referred 50 of those to the INS.
Obviously a 2nd or 3rd generation Mexican wouldn't be referred to the INS for deportation because they would have been born on US soil and therefore a citizen.

These illegal immigrants sneak into the country illegally and get paid below the minimum wage on the sly without paying taxes. Also, several of them commit crimes in this country. They use government services, driving up the cost of government. They use emergency rooms without paying the bill, driving up the cost of both medical care and insurance. They injure American citizens in automobile accidents while driving without insurance, often causing serious injuries that leave the victim high and dry. They send much or all of their money overseas, while a citizen would spend it here. The only people who benefit are greedy businesses and politically correct politicians seeking votes.
If they want to come to this country, they should fill out the paperwork and do it legally. Most other nations don't allow this kind of actions with their borders.
