She used two typewriters, both of which are specifically named in the article. The less sophisticated one was an Olympia which had a special, single key to type the underlined "th." The other was a mid-range IBM which could not produce what the forged documents contain.

Since she says all this, AND is an avowed political opponent of Bush, it is now time for Dan Rather to resign or be fired. QED.

I wonder what model of typewriter she used?

According to the article, an old mechanical Olympia, which was replaced by an IBM Selectric in the early 1970s. She says the Olympia had a "th" key. But of course neither could do proportional spacing.
