Vague answers, or answers he can't delibver, e.g., will inspect more containers, will increase protection on nuclear power generating plants, will add local police (with federal funds?) to keep an eye on people in the communities, would not alienate France and Germany. Back to Iraq - troops don't have the equipment. Imus takes it back to the war on terror. Have we just been lucky there is no attack? JK: some credit to FBI and CIA, yes doing better, but not good enough. Can still get in on forged passports. In general, terror worldwide is UP. The number of troops KIA is up in July and August (looking at Iraq). Brings up Jersey girls, the war in Iraq is not the war on terror -- we should focus on Osama and Al Quaeda.
