Pat Caddel on H+C last night said he saw the latest gallup numbers and he said forget it its over, if I remember correctly. Then Hannity had to make an ass out of himself and say " I will hannitize you " which ruined whatever Pat was going to say about the polls.

No way...

"Let Freedom Ring" Hannity?

Surely, you jest.

hannity may be a good guy, but he's an idiot who never seems to know when to just be quiet and let people speak...I get that from Laura Ingraham too...must be an east coast bloviating thing...left or right, they all seem to do it. I note that Hewitt doesn't do it, at least not consistently.

I take it you're not "hannitized" then? :)

I can't think of a radio talk show host with worse timing than Sean. I can't tell you how many times I've wanted to scream as he interrupts someone making a good point to toss in one of his talking points. My guess is, if it's not on his crib sheet, Hannity wouldn't know a good point if he fell over it.

I hate it when Hannity does that. Honestly, Hannity is so irritating to listen to, it's hard to listen to him. His behavior is childish.

Now that you mention Sean, I want to know who is going to tell Sean it's not all about him. He's great confronting the opposition or chearleading, but sometimes it's just painful.

When he has on a real expert with a favorable opinion, he messes up royally. He falls all over himself performing and reciting things he thinks are important. We know those things, Sean, what we want to know is what does the other smart guy think.

He interrupts and otherwise takes up valuable time with repetitious stuff, "Look at me. Don't you think I"m smart? Aren't the other guys awful? I'll get you a free steak at Ruths Chris."

Since his radio show is guest- and caller-driven, Sean needs to learn that his audience is more interested in what his guests have to say than in what he has to say.

We already know what he thinks and agree with him most of the time.

Mr. Hannity...stop interrupting your guests.

That's the problem with Hannity. He doesn't know how to shut the hell up when he's ahead.

Hannity does some wonderful things: he is MUCH faster than Rush to interview or talk to key newsmakers (like the Swifties) because "Rush doesn't do interviews." But . . .

Hannity is a more relentless self-promoter than even Rush. If he spent one-fifth of the time TELLING me what he had, rather than telling me what was "coming up," I'd listen more.

He does some good lib interviews where he will NOT let them off the hook . . . then there are others that, once they get beyond his talking points, get free rein.

Bottom line: I can't listen to him for long.
